Course Access & Structure
When you sign up to one of our courses you will be asked to create a username and password. You can use these login credentials to access your courses through My Account.
Yes. All courses are fully online and self-paced. You can log in anytime and complete modules when it suits your schedule.
Yes — our content is designed to be practical, relevant, and evidence-based, suitable for both early-career and experienced EPs.
Accreditation and CPD
Yes. Once you complete all modules and quizzes in your course, a certificate will be available to download from your account dashboard. It includes CPD hours for ESSA recognition.
To access your certificate, navigate to My Account, scroll down to the course that you recently completed, click the drop-down arrow, and you will find your certificate there, click on the certificate icon to download and print your certificate.
Your certificate will be available in your account for future access, as long as you keep your account active.
Yes. All SSEP Presents courses are recognised by ESSA and count toward your annual CPD requirements.
Each course lists the specific number of CPD points. Refer to your course information page for details or contact us for more information.
Payment & Technical Support
Yes, once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email receipt. If you do not receive the email or if you want to access the receipt at a later date, you can do so from your account. Login to My Account , scroll down and navigate to ‘Orders.’ From there you can save or print your receipt.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Payments are securely processed. If you are having trouble completing payment for your order, please contact us.
Please contact us, and we’ll aim to assist you within 24 hours. Most access issues are resolved quickly.
We do not offer refunds once course content has been accessed. If you purchased in error, or if there is another issue, contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery Format & Course Types
Yes. While the majority of our courses are delivered online, we have previously run face-to-face seminars, and are planning to offer more in the future. To stay updated on upcoming seminars, make sure you’re subscribed to our mailing list or follow us on social media.
Each course includes recorded video presentations with narrated slides, plus case studies and relevant resources.
Yes. You can revisit all course content as often as needed while your account is active.
