Registration is not confirmed until 100% of payment is received by the SSEP Presents Team.
FINANCIAL
All rates are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST). All registrations must be fully prepaid and received by the SSEP Presents Team prior to the course.
CANCELLATION, REFUND & SUBSTITUTION
If you wish to cancel your registration, written notice must be emailed to – josiah@ssep.com.au
Cancellation fees are listed below, based on the day of written notice received by SSEP Presents
Cancellation of course registration made up to Aug 31st 2024, will be refunded minus a $175 administration fee.
For cancellations of course registrations after 1st Sept 2024, or no notification, no refund will be made.
Substitution Policy
Substitute/replacement delegates are welcome, provided full details are received by the SSEP Presents Team before 30th of Sept 2024.
Cancellation of face-to-face event
Where the face-to-face event is cancelled by SSEP Presents due to staff availability, illness, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstance course registration costs will be refunded in full.
No further reimbursement will be given to refund costs of associated travel, accommodation, or other participant costs.
