The module will include comprehensive review of current evidence based rehabilitation guidelines of common lower limb injury presentations. Each injury presentation will include pathology overview, diagnosis, aetiology/risk factors, exercise prescription for; initial, intermediate and end-stage rehabilitation and a detailed performance rehabilitation plan. We will review common pathologies including; Femoral Acetabular Impingement, Medial Collateral Ligament injuries, Patellar Femoral Pain Syndrome, Knee Osteoarthritis and Ankle Sprain/Chronic Ankle Instability. This module will also review in detail Anterior Cruciate Ligament injuries and surgical vs non-surgical rehabilitation considerations. This module will be presented by Josiah Ayling.
