Our Story

At SSEP our team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists are renowned for providing the highest quality exercise and rehabilitation programs for a wide range of patients and athletes.

Our team are well respected amongst other medical, rehabilitation, and sporting professionals. We work with elite sporting teams and organisations, including Sydney FC, Sydney Thunder, Cricket Australia and Carlile Swimming.

SSEP Presents came about as a way for us to share our expertise with other Exercise Physiologists. All of our courses have been put together using the latest evidence, current treatment guidelines and consistently reviewed an updated.

Lower Limb Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation: Practical Day

TBC. The practical day will be presented via zoom or face-to-face as per Covid-19 restrictions allow (TBC). During the practical day we will review all clinical presentations & exercise progressions presented in the 4 online modules. Discussion and practical examples will be given for initial, intermediate and end stage exercise programming. We will provide detailed review of exercise progressions to build capacity with landing/force absorption, plyometric strength, plyometric power and speed. We will also review return to play testing and the development of sport performance rehabilitation plan.

Lower Limb Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation: Module 4 Injuries to the Hip/Knee/Ankle

Coming Soon! The module will include comprehensive review of current evidence based rehabilitation guidelines of common lower limb injury presentations. Each injury presentation will include pathology overview, diagnosis, aetiology/risk factors, exercise prescription for; initial, intermediate and end-stage rehabilitation and a detailed performance rehabilitation plan. We will review common pathologies including; Femoral Acetabular Impingement, Medial Collateral Ligament injuries, Patellar Femoral Pain Syndrome, Knee Osteoarthritis and Ankle Sprain/Chronic Ankle Instability.
